Priorities

It’s comforting to use someone else’s priorities to guide our work. It lets us off the hook.

But the only way to do our best work is to realize that part of what it means to do our work is to own the priorities as well.

Thanks for another awesome thought provoking post Seth. So often I feel I am not navigating my own canoe. This really is a powerful prod. I need to own the priorities. I need to make 2020 a year that works for us all, especially the educators and learners I work with, but I also need to have a HUGE place in this for me and my wellbeing
