Monday morning... truthfully sometimes I dread these now. It seems that Mondays are the end of the weekend relax and freedom and a deep dive into spreadsheets, work and more accountability.
I leapt out of bed and headed off for a run, today determined to give the stairs another crack. WOW not sure what is wrong with me but I am running on concrete legs... actually not so much running as shuffling... So one lap of the stairs and home again.
Another day of Zooms, Zui... and a lot of new learning.
A good day actually.
Zero new cases of Covid 19.

We are all trying our hardest and doing our best. There is no one right way for life now, as there never is. Show some grace along the way....
