Knowing your learners... bring the technology into our classes... the technologies our kids are comfortable with.  It's not about the tech, its about the learner... What's in a selfie, friendship, love and learning...

What does our ideal classroom look like?  Technology? Embracing the coming and goings of technologies.  The technology our kids use today is the worst technology they will ever use... Relationships as key - using the tools of the time to continue to grow and improve.  Try something new regularly.

My disability is an opportunity in professional learning.  Hearing loss... accessibility - if you don't speak up no-one else will.  UDL as game changer... challenge = opportunity!  Disability is an opportunity!  Start with the opportunity... make sure the media is accessible... choose wisely, curate accessible media.  Closed caption videos, podcasts.... model so you can see the change. Cultivate relationships. #BPSPLN Read and Write - see where support is needed!  Google Classroom - The big picture matters! Inclusive design! Teachers are learners too. There is power is design and curation.  "Later" is NOW!!!!
